The elections of Social Labor Inspection in TP Polska on March 26-27, 2026.

Great news! After nearly 3 months of constructive dialogue and partnership-driven negotiations with the Employer, we have reached an agreement. We are thrilled to announce that the Social Labor Inspector (SIP) elections, which so many of you have been asking about, are officially happening!

Voting will take place in a convenient electronic format on March 26-27, 2026.

What is the Social Labor Inspection (SIP)? SIP is a highly important statutory role held by the employees themselves. Inspectors act as trusted partners in discussions with the Management and also cooperate closely with the National Labour Inspectorate (PIP). Their common goal is to jointly build a safe, healthy, and friendly work environment for all of us.

What are the main duties of a SIP?

  • Promoting the highest occupational health and safety (OHS) standards.
  • Paying special attention to wellbeing and psychosocial workloads (which is crucial, e.g., in content moderation projects).
  • Monitoring compliance with labor laws (working hours, leaves).
  • Actively preventing undesirable phenomena, such as mobbing or discrimination, in cooperation with the employer and PIP, to build a positive organizational culture.
  • Ensuring workplace ergonomics (including for remote workers).

Guarantee of stability and independence: To ensure the Inspector can perform their duties fully objectively and with a sense of security, the law (Art. 13 of the SIP Act) guarantees them special employment protection during their term of office and for one year after its conclusion.

Who can become a candidate? We are looking for proactive individuals who enjoy helping others and are trusted by their teams! Formal requirements:

  1. Employment under an employment contract (UoP) as of March 17, 2026statutory requirement.
  2. Membership in the NSZZ “Solidarność” Trade Union (you can join when applying!).
  3. You do not hold a senior management position (you are not a director or senior manager).
  4. Minimum 1 year of tenure in the company and 2 years of industry experience for OSIP and GSIP; minimum 2 years of tenure in the company and 5 years of industry experience for ZSIP.
  5. Positive verification and approval of your candidacy by the Inter-Company Commission of NSZZ “Solidarność”.

⚠️ Important: We are accepting candidate applications for all three roles until March 24: Group Inspectors (GSIP), Branch Inspectors (OSIP), and the Company-Wide Labor Inspector (ZSIP)! Please note that the ZSIP will be elected in April by the newly appointed OSIPs and GSIPs.

🔒 How will the voting take place? (Safety and anonymity) We know how important your privacy is. The voting is fully secret, secure, and anonymous. Links to the electronic voting forms will be sent to your corporate e-mail addresses directly by the Employer’s Internal Communication Department on March 26-27. Important: The Employer is only responsible for delivering the link. The system is fully GDPR-compliant – neither the Management nor the HR department has any access to the cast votes or individual results. You can vote without any concerns!

How are the election districts structured? Who exactly are we electing?

The election district structure is divided into levels to ensure adequate representation for employees across different Lines of Business and locations. Here is how the roles differ:

  • Group Inspectors (GSIP): These are your direct, first-line representatives within specific teams (we are electing 7 inspectors in T&S and 1 inspector for other client projects). They handle daily, local matters closest to your actual workplace.
  • Branch Inspectors (OSIP): These inspectors represent broader areas – entire Lines of Business or large geographic regions – coordinating efforts on a larger scale. We will elect one representative for the Major Client’s Lines of Business (GCare, CC, T&S) and the Katowice office. The remaining employees are assigned to 4 regions:
    • North Region: zachodniopomorskie, pomorskie, kujawsko-pomorskie, wielkopolskie (including the Poznań office), and warmińsko-mazurskie voivodeships.
    • East Region: mazowieckie (including the Warsaw office), podlaskie, lubelskie, podkarpackie, and małopolskie voivodeships.
    • South Region: śląskie, łódzkie, and świętokrzyskie voivodeships.
    • West Region: dolnośląskie, opolskie, and lubuskie voivodeships.
  • 👑 Company-Wide Inspector (Zakładowy SIP): What happens next? Once all Group and Branch Inspectors are elected, they will subsequently vote among themselves to elect one Chief Inspector for the entire company. This person will coordinate all SIP activities and represent us directly before the main Board of Directors.
