The Social Labor Inspectorate (SIP) is an independent body representing employees’ interests, working closely with the National Labor Inspectorate (PIP) and the company’s Management Board. The SIP structure at Teleperformance Polska includes: Group Labor Inspectors (e.g., in Trust & Safety projects), Branch Labor Inspectors, and the Company Social Labor Inspector.

The main responsibilities of SIP include:

  • Ensuring occupational health and safety (OHS) – both in office and remote work environments.
  • Monitoring compliance with labor laws and internal regulations – including the oversight of employee rights related to working time, schedule accuracy, and annual leave.
  • Inspecting technical equipment and ergonomics – enforcing workspace standards (e.g., access to external monitors, laptop stands, or reimbursement for corrective eyewear).
  • Participating in working conditions reviews – overseeing environmental measurements, as well as evaluating and monitoring the implementation of OHS improvement initiatives.
  • Analyzing workplace accidents – investigating the causes and circumstances of incidents, including accidents that occur during remote work.
  • Protecting mental health and employee rights – monitoring psychosocial risks (such as stress and burnout) and actively preventing workplace bullying (mobbing) and unequal treatment.
  • Backed by statutory legal protection and support from PIP, SIP inspectors provide tangible assistance to employees, including mediation in resolving employee-manager conflicts.

SIP Elections:

The current term of the Social Labor Inspectorate at Teleperformance Polska runs from 2026 to 2030. The inspector elections took place in March 2026, in accordance with the electoral regulations adopted by the Company Trade Union. How are SIP elections organized? The procedures for electing social labor inspectors are governed by national legislation and internal regulations. The process is based on several key principles:

  • Organized by trade unions: The company’s trade unions are responsible for preparing and effectively managing the election process. They draft the voting regulations based on the Act on the Social Labor Inspectorate.
  • Directly elected by employees: Inspectors are chosen directly by the workforce. The Company Social Labor Inspector is elected by Group and Branch Inspectors, whereas Group and Branch Inspectors are elected directly by the team members of specific business lines or projects.
  • Candidate requirements: Any company employee can become a social inspector provided they have the required tenure (2 to 5 years, depending on the role) and demonstrate a solid understanding of labor law and OHS regulations.
  • Mandate of trust: The voting process is entirely democratic. This ensures the roles are filled by individuals who hold the genuine trust of their colleagues and thoroughly understand the operational realities of their specific departments.
  • SIP Structure and contacts::
